The Tour du Nipalou: a fun trail, just like the organization's logo, so why not come to Lorcières for the 2025 edition? With its eight running distances, everyone will be able to find the right fit for them according to their wishes and physical condition. 53 km for endurance runners (start at 8:00 a.m.), 21 km for resistance runners (start at 10:00 a.m.), 12 km for mountain runners (start at 9:30 a.m.), 7 km for fast runners and beginners (start at 10:05 a.m.), 5 km for U15 runners (start at 10:10 a.m.), 2.2 km for U13 runners (start at 9:45 a.m.), 1.2 km for U11 runners (start at 9:50 a.m.), and finally, 700 m for U9 runners (start at 9:55 a.m.). The 21km and 53km courses qualify FFA competition members for the 2026 French Short and Long Trail Championships. The 53km course earns 3 endurance points on the Itra scale. At the same time, four hiking distances: 6, 9, 18, and 20 km will be offered to walkers. These four loops largely follow the race routes. Starts are open between 9:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Please note: For all walkers, the prize is a €5 option; registration is €10 for those born in 2012 and earlier. Registration is free for those born in 2013 and later. A quality meal with aligot prepared on-site is offered and served continuously from 12:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
